Our vision is by 2032 to be a leading organisation with strong youth, youth worker and community voice that offers young people access to exemplar youth work that guides them to live safe and happy childhoods and thrive into adulthood.

Our purpose is to use the power of our youth work to guide young people to develop their ambition and achieve their potential whatever their background or circumstances.

This is guided by the desire for Youth First to be attractive and inclusive for all. Our intent is to focus on those in society who are most vulnerable, discriminated against and under-privileged.

Ultimately, we're putting the next generation first.
