One-to-One Practitioner
We are currently recruiting for a full time permanent One-to-One Practitioner to sit in the Targeted Team and managed by Aminata Swaray. We will consider job shares for this vacancy as two part time Practitioners.
Shortlisting will take place on 30th September.
- Responsible to: Head of Targeted Operations
- Weekly hours: 36
- Salary range: From £34,255 to £36,260
- Contract until end of March 2025 with the possibility of extension
Purpose of the role
Youth First’s Targeted One-to-One Practitioner’s will deliver bespoke interventions and mentoring that support children and young people aged 8-19 up to 25 with SEND, to improve outcomes, sustain change and make positive life changes. Practitioners will use the Outcome Star Framework to assess, support and plan young people and will either use the Youth Star 2 or Teen Star package.
